HOW TO SHOP > SELECTING PRESENTS

Shopping at Santa's online department store is both easy and fun. Just think of Santa's shop on the web as your favourite department store. The LOBBY is where it all starts. Here you ride the virtual elevator with Santa by using your mouse to choose a floor. When the elevator is level with your chosen floor you click your mouse.

Depending on which floor you have chosen, you may need to select a "Sub-Dept" of the floor in order to get to a more specific location.

Once you have arrived at a floor you may see some of Santa's favourite items scrolling on your screen. These are just a representative sample of what Santa has in store.

To see all the items on sale at this floor click "VIEW ALL".
To see more information on a particular item click "MORE INFO".

Once you have found a desired item simply click "ADD" to place this item in your shopping cart/trolley. We call it "Present Stocking" at Santa-Claus.com.

You can now either "CONTINUE SHOPPING" or "PROCEED TO CHECK OUT"
